PA1 - Safe Use of Pesticides Foundation Module
A one day course to prepare the trainee to take the City and Guilds NPTC PA1 online GOLA assessment which when combined with a successful practical unit qualifies the operator in the legislative qualification Certificate of Competence in the Safe Use of Pesticides. The PA1 theory assessment is a prerequisite to any practical unit taken.

A one day course to prepare the trainee to take the City and Guilds NPTC PA2a practical assessment, which combined with a PA1 unit qualifies the operator in the legislative qualification Certificate of Competence in the Safe Use of Pesticides. Pre-requisite PA1.
PA3 - Broadcast or Variable Geometry Boom Sprayer (mounted or trailed) with or without air assistance
A one day course to prepare the trainee to take the City and Guilds NPTC PA3 practical assessment, which combined with a PA1 unit qualifies the operator in the legislative qualification Certificate of Competence in the Safe Use of Pesticides. Pre-requisite PA1.
PA4S and/or G - Pesticide Slug Pellet Applicator and/or Granular Application
A one day course to prepare the trainee to take the City and Guilds NPTC PA4S/ PA4G practical assessment, which combined with a PA1 unit qualifies the operator in the legislative qualification Certificate of Competence in the Safe Use of Pesticides. Pre-requisite PA1.
PA5 - Safe Use of Boat Mounted Applicators
A one day course to prepare the trainee to take the City and Guilds NPTC PA5 practical assessment, which combined with a PA1 unit qualifies the operator in the legislative qualification Certificate of Competence in the Safe Use of Pesticides. Pre-requisite PA1
PA6a - Safe Use of Hand Held Applicators
A one day course to prepare the trainee to take the City and Guilds NPTC PA6a practical assessment, which combined with a PA1 unit qualifies the operator in the legislative qualification Certificate of Competence in the Safe Use of Pesticides. Pre-requisite PA1.

A one day course to prepare the trainee to take the City and Guilds NPTC PA11 practical assessment, which combined with a PA1 unit qualifies the operator in the legislative qualification Certificate of Competence in the Safe Use of Pesticides. Pre-requisite PA1.
PA12 - Application of Pesticide to material as a continuous process via conveyor, roller table or other equipment
A one day course prepare the trainee to take the City and Guilds NPTC PA12 practical assessment, which combined with a PA1 unit qualifies the operator in the legislative qualification Certificate of Competence in the Safe Use of Pesticides. Pre-requisite PA1.
